Exhale is a calming space where people can feel able to stop, rest, receive support, recuperate and revive. | Here, you’ll find a collection of practitioners who work with clients struggling with mental health, distress, disordered eating, body image concerns and eating disorders. We believe that all people in all bodies are deserving of respect, support and care. We aim to create an inclusive space, demonstrating our values of body diversity and respect. |

We acknowledge that the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation are the Traditional Custodians of the land on which this meeting space is located. Their connection to the land and its waterways extends back tens of thousands of years to the beginning of time when their creator spirit Bunjil formed the land and all living things.
We acknowledge and pay respect to all First Nations people; to Elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge that we come together on the lands of the Wurundjeri people to connect, learn, share and grow as they have for thousands of generations.
